Create a new batch for manufacturing

The /make_batch/ method is used to create a new production batch which contains information about planned production. Production batch - certain amount of products that are planned to be produced in a certain period of time (e.g., in 1-2 weeks) according to the company's production plan.

Note: this method required no signature with no compression, size of unpacked data cannot be more than 1 Mb.
